What the C9 entails...

Just some general info on what I'm letting myself in for.

I received a pack. In here is everything I need.
I'm added to facebook support group - that's not a joke that's for real.

A tape measure to measure my chest, hips, thighs, biceps, calves and waist.
A shaker and scoop for the protein shake (choice between chocolate and vanilla - went for chocolate).
2 bottles of aleo vera gel and measuring cup.
Soft gel capsules and multivitamins labeled for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner for all 9 days.
Fiber sachets to have in between breakfast and lunch. Not with.
A guide booklet with information, plans, tips and a dairy format.

I weigh and measure myself on day 1, 3, 6 and 9. I don't do this every day because my weight may flux and they don't want me to become discouraged. Fair enough.

2 mins of stretching, 5 mins of warm up and 30mins of low/moderate impact day 1 and 2 and low- medium impact exercise per day with advice on what types to do (not an actual plan just says you can do yoga or jogging etc).
It says exercise in the morning but I'm assuming it doesn't matter as long as it gets done.

First two days I can't eat.
WHAT??!
But there is a list of "free" (i.e low GI) fruit and veg I can eat at any time with moderation to curb hunger and I must consume at least 2 liters of water per day.
Hmm OK.

Day 3 can introduce a 600cal meal. Or a 300 cal at Lunch time and 300 cal at Dinner.
Meal ideas are provided and stated is "just because something is under 600 calories doesn't mean it provides a nutritionally sound balance for the plan".
Basically it means no you can't have a maccies double cheese burger for 400cal.

Let's see ... no salt, no sugar (except natural sugars occurring in certain fruits on your free food list), no carbonated/fizzy drinks, no caffeine. No fun.

It's only 9 days.

This booklet is really well laid out and looks pretty helpful. I have decided I will actually use and refer to it. Also the friend I purchased the pack off messaged me lots of helpful tips and hints.

Lets do this!
