WOW! I FEEL GOOD!
I have so much energy!!! I even woke up before my alarm. Rearing to go!
Is this because I had chicken?! I think it's because I had chicken.
Again not at work today, so I go for a wait for it - RUN! An actual run. Outside.
Ok that is an overstatement. Turns out it's pretty hot outside so for 30 minutes I do walk, jog, race pace, sprint round the block. But hey I'm happy with that!
Back to routine. Aloe vera gel in the morning, tablets and a shake (still 200ml water and 100ml semi skimmed milk). Fiber snack. Tablets and shake for lunch.
I go for a bit of a sunbathe - a rarity in England. Good weather must be taken full advantage of.
'N now for a real treat!
Clothes shopping!!
Going to Rome at the end of the month so I most definitely need some new holiday clothes.
Feeling a new sense of body confidence I step out of my comfort zone and buy clothes that show off my chest and mid-riff. Legs are feeling firmer and smoother.
Now I'm not saying I look like this.

But I am feeling really good about myself right now, which makes me feel like this.
That is a really cool feeling.
6 PM
I try to make the turkey burger recipe in the book. It's not happening so I make minced turkey and brown rice with steamed carrot, peas and corn.
I do a bit of research whilst eating on brown vs white rice which puts all my beliefs into question and I realise carrots, peas and corn are not on my free foods lists and are full of sugar.
I lose my appetite entirely, think I've once again ruined everything but then I go on the support website and see what other people are eating and instantly feel better. I also notice corn is in one of the meal recipes.
Saying that though I'm struggling to calorie count. I can do this for animals but not for myself?!
I can't be bothered to weight the ingredients out (except the rice)- even thought I do it for my cat (he is on a raw diet one rule for him another for me..) or look up calories in certain foods. Still I'm happy the meal is under 600cal and I won't over gain.
8 PM
More water...
