I feel pretty good! I feel flatter and tighter.
M-Day!
Weight: 58.6kg
Chest: 77cm
Biceps: 25cm (nooooo my guns!)
Waist: 85cm
Hips: 95cm - no change.
Thighs: 53cm (a slight gap!!)
Calves: 35cm
Overall I've lost 9cm and 1.3kg.
That's 3.54" and 2.86lbs for you imperials.
Ok cool! I feel pretty good! I didn't think such information would lift and motivate me this much.
But it has. I'm happy.
So happy I jog for a solid 20minutes and walk for only 10.
Message from my friend asking how it's going - lots of praise = bit more motivation.
Until aloe vera gel time. But hey just once a day I can deal with that!
Chocolate shake in the morning! Awesome!
Good times all round.
The rest of my day follows pattern, only minus the gel. Fiber done, tablets taken, shake drank (200mls water, 100ml semi skimmed milk - get back on track!).
Snacking on fruit as I go - not forgetting my all important 4pm apple as standard.

Meal time! Looking forward to this!
Boiled Chicken cesar salad. Minus the cesar dressing, and croutons. Ok it's actually just
iceberg lettuce, cucumber and chunks of boiled chicken. But it's food and I'm happy!
8 PM
I'm kinda worried about drinking so much water before bed... without taking the aloe vera gel 4 times a day it's quite hard to keep up the daily water intake. But I'm managing 2 liters a day so far...
