07/06/16 - Day 2
9 AM
Not at work today so I have a little lie in, I feel rough. My nose is bunged, my head hurts - is it a bit of illness? Or because of no food? So I do 2 minutes of stretching, followed by a 5 minute warm up (all timed) and a 30minute "jog" that I did most walk. But at pace.
Breakfast time.
Dreading it - gel time. Just gulp and grin gulp and grin..
Water, tablets, sorted!
I now feel better again.
Time to go shopping for healthy foods!
11 AM
Toughest choice one will ever make. Do I buy the Spider-Man sippy cup or the Star Wars sippy cup for my water? So hard but in the end I go for Star Wars because Ultimate Spider-Man is my least favourite incarnation of the wall-crawler and the Star Wars cup has Darth Vader.
I have my snack in the car park, looking like a total weirdo mixing up the fiber sachet in the boot of my car and chugging like a mad woman.
12 PM
Lunch time much of the same - tablets, aloe vera, chocolate shake, a few cheeky blueberries and cherries to subside the hunger.
Start cleaning the house as a good distraction.
OMG hoovering is an exercise in itself.
4 PM
Apple time! I can see this becoming a habit.
6 PM
Aloe vera....I hate thee. Pick at a few more blueberries.
8 PM
Ok last time I have o have aloe vera 4x daily! Bit of motivation for me there .. then I realise I still got to have this tomorrow morning ugggh.
Drinking water like it's going out of fashion ... unfortunately I'm on a water meter!
My face is kinda spotty round my chin.
If you want to hear about my excretions PM me I'm not posting them on here. No diarrhoea or bad stomach though.
Right that is it. Worst 2 days are over! Yay tomorrow I can eat real food! 'N have a shake for Lunch .. wait what the shake was supposed to be made up with skimmed milk not semi skimmed??! Crap that's double the calorie intake!!! OMG I've ruined everything nooooo.
Quick message of encouragement from my friend - "no worries just make it up with half water and half milk from now on".
